Dr. Buche does not offer a full scope of cosmetic surgery in his practice. Therefore, if you are interested in procedures such as facelift, elective rhinoplasty ( or nasal surgery ), otoplasty ( changing the position of the ears ) and other procedures to correct wrinkles, Dr. Buche will be more than happy to help you choose a good cosmetic surgeon here in San Angelo ( or elsewhere ).

What he does enjoy doing for patients, however, is the elective removal of facial nevi ( moles ) and selected telangiectasias, or facial veins. Although some facial lesions will require removal in the traditional way, with submission for pathological review by a patholgy specialist, the vast majority of long-standing facial moles or skin tags can be effectively and easily removed with radiosurgery. Use of the Surgitron, or radiosurgery unit, has greatly simplified this aspect of facial cosmetics.
